Start up advice includes help with deciding what kind of entity to form, a decision based upon taxes and the expected growth of the business, and then preparing agreements and certificates based upon that entity. For example, if an LLC is best, we would help file Articles of Organization, draft an Operating Agreement, and provide our clients with assistance creating Unit Certificates, Meeting Minutes, etc. If, on the other hand, a Corporation is best, we would help file Articles of Incorporation and draft the necessary supporting agreements.
New businesses often require help drafting their agreements with their vendors, landlords, customers, and clients. We regularly review and draft such agreements.
As businesses develop their needs change. For many of our business clients that means we are the first person they call when they need a new contract, when they hire a new
employee or a consultant, or when they are facing litigation.
At David S. Rolfe, LLC we enjoy our continuing relationships with our business clients. It is a pleasure to help clients from start-up to restructuring to continued
advice and planning over new growth phases.
