Barbara Rolfe joined the firm in 1997, taking on responsibility for office management in 2002, and becoming a paralegal 2009. She holds a BA in Chemistry, a BS in Nursing, a MS in Nursing with emphasis in administration, and a Paralegal Certificate. Barb’s professional experience includes critical care, education, management, and hospital administration. She works part-time as Office Manager/Senior Paralegal.

Terri Clavel has been with our firm since 1999 coming from the insurance industry. Clients, prospective clients, attorneys, and clerks of the courts work closely with Terri to schedule mediations, court dates, and appointments. She also performs a variety of specialized paralegal and administrative tasks. Terri has been a Parker resident since 1981 and is a Colorado native. She participates in various historic and service organizations.
Prior to entering the renowned University of Denver College of Law, David S. Rolfe was a proud member of the U.S Navy, as a Navy Diver, 1st Class and then as a Saturation Diver. He first began appearing in Colorado courts in 1987, following on the heels of both his law-school graduation and a prestigious clerkship with one of the country’s best-known criminal defense attorneys. He handled significant construction defect cases, as well as a number of homeowner's association cases before moving on to the Colorado Public Defender's Office in Denver.
David Jibson has been with the firm since 2012. He completed an intensive Paralegal Certificate Course (scoring a perfect 100% on his exams) and received his Certificate of Completion from the University of Colorado at Denver. David reduces costs to clients by smoothly integrating paralegal endeavors with attorney case management. He is actively involved in client meetings, document management, document production and all phases of trial preparation. David also manages the firm’s day-to-day information technology needs.
